Since Nubian Skin first launched in 2014 they have been breaking boundaries with their mission to redefine ‘nude’. They set out to assist many women of colour in finding suitable skin-tone hosiery and lingerie which has not typically been a readily available option.
Nubian Skin wanted to do something different in line with their first ever unique Africa Collection ‘Moroccan Nights’ They tasked Black Pepper to come up with a creative brief –to help them to tell the story behind the new limited lingerie and sleepwear line. The story was essentially highlighting positive connotations of the African continent and what it means to people whose opinions matter to many.
We aligned some digital influences with a joint combined social following of 250,000- each influencer represented what the brand stood for. The video was premiered at the Moroccan themed VIP launch party, which was held at a prestigious central London venue and had bloggers and press in attendance.
